| A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida approving the purchase of wastewater Lining services for wastewater mainline, laterals, and manholes, not to exceed the annual budgeted amount for said services; and authorize the appropriate City Officials to select, approve, and award the purchase of said services utilizing competitive procurement methods including, but not limited to, Vortex Services, LLC utilizing City of Tallahassee Contract No. 4523; SAK Construction, LLC, utilizing City of Port Saint Lucie Contract No. 20180197; and BLD Services, utilizing City of Largo Bid No. 19-b-645 in an amount not to exceed the approved annual budget for said purpose; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. |
