A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida accepting a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) award from the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the City of Tamarac Lift Station Generator Project in the amount of $431,668.50; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute a grant agreement and necessary documents pending legal review between FDEM and the City of Tamarac for HMGP grant funding in the amount of $431,668.50; providing for up to a 25% match in local funds in an amount not to exceed $143,889.50; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. |
