A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, relating to the provision of Fire Rescue Services, Facilities and Programs, in the City of Tamarac, Florida; amending Resolution R-2020-059 regarding the location of the place of the public hearing for adoption of the assessment roll for Fiscal Year 2021; confirming that the September 14, 2020, public hearing to adopt the Assessment Roll will occur using Communication Media Technology (CMT); providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
