A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, relating to the provision of residential solid waste collection services and facilities and programs in the City of Tamarac, Florida; amending Resolution R-2020-061 regarding the location of the place of the public hearing for addition of the assessment roll for fiscal year 2021; confirming that the September 14, 2020, public hearing to adopt the assessment roll will occur using Communications Media Technology (CMT); providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
