A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, relating to the provision of nuisance abatement on certain real properties by the City of Tamarac, Florida; amending Resolution R-2020-062 regarding the location of the place of the public hearing for adoption of the assessment roll for Fiscal Year 2021; confirming that the September 14, 2020, public hearing to adopt the assessment roll will occur using communication media technology (CMT); providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
