A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, to approve and execute the First Amendment to the Participation Agreement for E911 Communication System between Broward County and the City of Tamarac and permit municipalities to procure special municipal services above the base level of services with an effective date of January 1, 2021 and with a term of five (5) years; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute the First Amendment to the Participation Agreement for E911 Communication System; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
