A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, authorizing the appropriate City officials to accept the donation of a 37 passenger bus from the Tamarac Parks and Recreation Foundation to be used for recreation activities in the City of Tamarac; directing that the final book value of the $40,500 will be recorded in the City’s Fixed Asset Inventory; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
