Title - TR13479 - Approval and Ratification of the Subrecipient Agreement for $255,000 of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF)

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac Florida, retroactively approving and ratifying a subrecipient agreement with Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC)  attached hereto as Exhibit "A", which includes an appropriation of $255,000 of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) to provide housing assistance to residents financially impacted by Covid-19; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
